Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Health and Fitness Professionals Front Desk Dashboard ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

The Application is a web-based front desk management dashboard designed for healthcare and fitness professionals. It provides tools for:

• Patient intake and incoming call management
• Daily statistics tracking and reporting
• Practice performance analytics
• Integration with Microsoft 365 services

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Access to the Application requires authentication through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). By using the Application, you agree to:

• Use only your authorized organizational account to access the Application
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Immediately notify your administrator of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Application or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application
• Share, distribute, or disclose patient data or other confidential information outside of authorized use
• Use the Application to store or transmit malicious code

5. Data Handling and Confidentiality

The Application processes sensitive healthcare-related information. Users are responsible for:

• Entering accurate and complete patient information
• Handling patient data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and organizational policies
• Not accessing patient records beyond what is necessary for their job function
• Reporting any data breaches or security concerns to their administrator immediately

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, features, and content, is the property of RegTek Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Application but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Application may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Unplanned outages or technical difficulties
• Issues with third-party services (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365)

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegTek Consulting and Health and Fitness Professionals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application. The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
